FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What tours do you have?

Our Tours Andaman offers Shared Speedboat (depart from Phuket) and Longtail boat tours from Krabi.  You can find all our tours by clicking at below button:

Can I do boat tours in Krabi from Phuket?

Yes, You can enjoy boat tours in Krabi from Phuket. We provide day trips to popular destinations such as the Phi Phi Islands and Hong Islands (Hong Lagoon and Hong Viewpoint). These tours feature activities like snorkeling, swimming, and lounging on stunning beaches.

How many people are on a shared speedboat tour?

Shared speedboat tours departing from Phuket can host up to 74 passengers on our largest speedboat, while smaller boats accommodate fewer than 74 people. For trips departing from Krabi, the speedboat can carry up to 45 passengers, and the longtail boat can hold up to 35. We always choose the appropriate speedboat size based on the number of guests booked.

Are the tours safe?

Yes, safety is our top priority. Our captains are experienced with many years of driving the boat in Phuket, and Krabi. There are sufficient life jackets on every boat if you prefer to wear.

Is Maya Bay open all year?

Please note that Maya Bay closes every year during August and September. This decision is made by the national park and the Thai government to protect nature and marine life. During these months, some of our tours will not be operating. Other tours may still run, but we will skip Maya Bay and spend more time at alternative locations. Each tour page and our calendar are kept up to date with this information.

Can I pay cash to book the tour?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Only orders that have been paid online can be confirmed. If your tour does not include the national park fee, it must be paid in cash on the day of the tour at Maya Bay.

What if it is bad weather on the day of the tour?

Weather apps in Thailand, particularly on Island, can often be inaccurate due to the island's unique climate. Unfortunately, we cannot predict whether it will rain in advance. If the weather and sea conditions are safe, the tour will proceed as scheduled. This means that even if it's raining or cloudy, the tour will still take place. There's a good chance the sky will clear up soon, allowing you to enjoy a sunny day. Please note that the itinerary may change based on weather and sea conditions, which are beyond our control. No refunds are available if we determine it is safe to continue with the tour. However, if we assess that the weather and sea conditions are unsafe, we will offer you the option to reschedule the tour or provide a full refund.
